Hi!
I was wondering what are the benefits of EAD to primary(H1B) applicant before 180 days, i understand that AC21 & it's benefits can be invoked after 180 days from receipt date.
But is there any benefit of having EAD if 180 days from 485 receipt date are not over ?

So it means that if she dose not have the AP with her while she leave US, she can not use it.
Can she go for the visa stamping in India and enter in H4? would there be any problem if she goes to visa stamping and enter in H4 while her AP is in process/approved.

Hi,
My I140 is approved and I485 is pending. I am working Full Time as a Software Devloper on EAD with a Consulting Company. I have been offered a part time work of same nature by my friend. He has a company and he offers to pay me on 1099.
Would it be ok to work part time(15 Hrs. per week) and accept payment on 1099.
Please advise.

I've just run a test - only when I update the control dimensions does the opacity interpolate correctly - what do I have to do to get this working without changing the entire control? Do I have to target the layoutroot and then set the propertytarget to the path of the child control of layoutroot to get the opacity anim to work?

Actually i went ahead and contacted an attorney for L1A extension under premium processing, so that should be done soon.
That would take care of DLs as well, as i would get the extension decision by the expiration of DL(s).
Attorney advised to wait for EAD extension for my wife till L1/L2 gets done, as EAD is still valid for some time. And in my case its not being used so i am fine.

Should you get immunizations done *before* you met the Dr?
